1. When will my order arrive?

This depends on the shipping service you selected. Paid UK shipping is generally a next working day service with a cut off of 12 noon for this service. Free UK shipping is generally a 2 working day service.

Please note working days - Saturday & Sunday are not working days.

(This excludes paid for a.m weekday timed deliveries)

Point to note: If you order Friday by noon, the earliest you will receive your delivery will be Monday. If we receive your order after noon - it will not be shipping until Monday.

2. What if there is a problem with something I ordered?

Get in touch via the contact page and let us know what the problem is and we will find a solution.

3. I don't like what I have ordered?

Get in touch via the contact page.

If you plan to return your order, the item(s) ordered will need to be unopened and unused and in exactly the same condition as they were sent. The items need to be in a resalable condition. We don't have a try before you buy option.

We will arrange collection, from the delivery address only. ( you will need to be present for the collection as photo's will be taken and signatures will be required)

Once the return is received by us, we will inspect all items and if items pass the inspection a refund will be issued to the original payment source.

4. Do you ship orders abroad?

We do... but currently, only to the ROI. You can order and select local pick up and arrange your own carriage for orders outside of our delivery area.

5. Do you ship for delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or for timed deliveries.

YES, but NOT Sundays. You will need to contact us via the contact page for a quote, prior to ordering.

6. Do you provide Free samples?

No. You will need to purchase the items you wish to try.

7. Do you have Material Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets for your products?

We do. We don't sell anything without MSDS or TDS being available. We don't hide the amount of the active ingredient in our products and we don't make false claims about the performance of our products.

8. You claim to have products that will Kill any Coronavirus present on hands and surfaces in 60 seconds - can you prove it?

Yes. We have Laboratory analysis and reports to confirm the products do exactly as we claim.

9. How long have you been trading?

We have been trading since 1981. That's nearly 40 years in a highly competitive market. We have moved a couple of times to cater for our expanding business, but the products remain the same... the very best quality available. 

10. Can I buy your products to re-sell?

You can. Please contact us and we take look at your requirements and expectations.

11. Is a VAT invoice sent with order?

Not with the delivery, but we send an E-invoice which is emailed along with order confirmation, shipping notice and payment receipt. Please check your "JUNK" folder prior to asking for another.

12. My order has not been delivered - why?

It could be a Coronavirus or BREXIT issue.

It could have been damaged or lost by the carrier - the carrier will notify us if this has happened. We will automatically refund any paid shipping charges and we will ship a duplicate order (shipping at our expense) out without delay.

It could be that you were not at the delivery address or the carrier could not raise you - the carrier will attempt 3 deliveries prior to returning the delivery to us. The carrier will notify us if this has happened. We will wait for the return to be delivered to us and issue a full refund after inspecting all items in the order.
